Stores Monitor Privacy Policy
Effective date: 5 October 2026
This policy explains how Stores Monitor, an internal tool of Zestiri, accesses, uses, stores and shares Google user data. It applies only to Stores Monitor. For the Zestiri website itself, see the Zestiri privacy policy.
Who we are
Zestiri, Chamber of Commerce number 81887922, the Netherlands. Email: hello@zestiri.com
Which Google user data we access
When one of our own Google accounts connects to Stores Monitor, it grants access to the Google Ads API (scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords). With that permission, Stores Monitor reads data from the Google Ads account that belongs to that Google account:
- account details, such as the account ID, name, currency, time zone and status;
- campaigns, ad groups, budgets, bidding settings, keywords and exclusions;
- performance data, such as impressions, clicks, cost, conversions and conversion value.
Stores Monitor does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendar or any other Google service, and it does not read personal data of the people who see or click our ads.
How we use it
- to show the performance and status of our own Google Ads accounts in our internal dashboard;
- to warn our team when one of our accounts or campaigns stops delivering;
- to make the changes to our own campaigns that our team decides on, such as budgets and exclusions.
We do not use Google user data to advertise to individuals, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to build profiles of people.
How we store it
The access token that Google issues is stored encrypted on our own systems. Reporting data from Google Ads is stored in our own secured database, so that our dashboard does not have to call Google for every view. Only our own team has access. We keep reporting data as long as we need it for our own analysis, and we delete it on request.
How we share it
We do not share Google user data with third parties. The only exception is the hosting providers that run our servers and database for us; they process the data only on our behalf. We may disclose data if the law requires it.
Limited Use
Stores Monitor's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing access
A connected Google account can remove the access of Stores Monitor at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To have stored data deleted, email hello@zestiri.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update this page and the effective date above.
